report there for work. They stay in the field where

HelpDesk?
The GTI HelpDesk is a group of our technicians that
answer the phone and assist clients right when they
need it. Many problems can be solved while you are
still on the phone by allowing these technicians to
access your PC remotely and solving the problem
instantly. If the problems goes beyond a quick fix,
the HelpDesk will dispatch a technician to your
location to handle the problem. This drastically
speeds up the "fix it" time for your problems. The
HelpDesk is also available to our clients for
questions, consulting or product purchase advice. |
