The value of these Services to the client is that we can, by leveraging active device monitoring and preventative maintenance, dramatically reduce the number and frequency of downtime issues while at the same time provide a much faster resolution time (when issues cannot be avoided) than other support companies. By monitoring your important IT systems, we can know of most disruptive issues as early as (and in some cases earlier than) our client. Furthermore, we no longer need to rely strictly on the client to tell us what the issue is because the monitoring solution will point us more directly to the problem and therefore cut down our troubleshooting and repair time. Being able to leverage the same solution for remote access into the device in question is another way of getting you up and running more quickly.  By providing maximum preventative maintenance on each device, we also remove the avoidable issues that clients tend to experience. This is another way we reduce downtime and increase productivity.  Periodically, we will also review Network Health reports with the client, ensuring that they are more informed on their network infrastructure so that together we can make the right decisions about the networks future.  (give me an example..)

Who needs GTI?

  • Companies with an in-house IT person or department...
    If you already have someone who handles your IT issues, we can setup the reporting / preventative maintenance / security / monitoring / management services. Then, when our systems finds a problem that actually needs a hands on fix, this service ticket can be passed over to your support staff for them to handle. This gives you better coverage without changing IT staff. Also, if a problem arises that goes beyond their ability to repair, we have support technicians available that can handle that for you remotely.
     

  • Companies who use another IT company for support...
    If you already have a company who handles your IT issues but doesn't offer these services, we can setup the reporting / preventative maintenance / security / monitoring / management services. Then, when our systems finds a problem that actually needs a hands on fix, this service ticket can be passed over to your support company for them to handle. This gives you better coverage without changing IT companies. We would be just another tool at their disposal to better care for you.
     

  • Companies who have no IT staff or support...
    If you do not have a company or staff who handles your IT issues we can handle it all for you. We can install all services and have technicians that can easily work remotely on your systems when needed. In some areas, we have technicians available for on-site support as well. Then, when our systems finds a problem that actually needs a hands on fix, we will handle it. This gives you great coverage and support of your important systems.

Where are the services available?

All GTI services, including remote technician support, are available anywhere in the USA. On-site technician support is currently only available in Alabama.
