are designed to give
you and your business a worry and stress free IT
environment. Whether you have a few computers or a
large network, a vast in-house IT department or no
IT help at all, GTI has a plan to maximize your IT
success. We make your goals
our goals, your successes our successes. We are here
to ensure that your company never has to worry about
IT issues by giving you what you need, when you need
it and at a cost that you can afford. We can fill one of two roles for your company. We can
become your IT department and all that this entails
or we can assist your current IT department. These
two roles are described in depth below.
Assist Your IT
Existing Department
If you currently have an IT department, we can
assist them with high end networking tasks such as
router or firewall assistance or even work hand in
hand with them on projects or day to day activities.
They will have access to our helpdesk as well as our
technicians to make your network a smoothly
operating one.
Become Your IT Department
This is by far the most common and popular choice. By
choosing this option, you allow us to become your IT
department and handle all of your needs. This means that not
only will we be constantly working to keep your computers
and network running smoothly but we will also be available
anytime there is a problem. Just like having an in-house IT
department, when you have a problem, we fix it. We also
perform preventative maintenance tasks every month that
drastically reduces the amount of problems you will have.
Many of our clients have seen a 75% reduction in problems
just from the preventative maintenance alone! Fewer problems
means less downtime and less downtime means more
productivity. More productivity means more profits.
In the past when you had a problem you would have to
call the computer repairman to come out, fix a
problem, hurry him up and then he sent you a bill.
With our Managed Service Plans, you pay a small
monthly fee and anything and everything is covered.
Think of it as hiring a full time IT staff but at a
fraction of what it would really cost you to do so.
All big companies have an IT department because that
is obviously the best route to take. They have found
that calling a repairman when something breaks is
not very proactive or productive. Only a in-house IT

have the option of choosing one of these plans, as is, or we
can custom design a plan just for you. Either way, you can

Complete Silver Program
This program is for those companies that want someone to
handle all of their IT needs but without some of the cost
adding features. With this program, you have unlimited hours
of technical services but without services like Vendor
support or scheduled monthly preventative maintenance.
Computer and server repair and almost everything else an in
house IT staff would handle are all included in this flat
monthly rate. This also includes 20 GB of Off Site Data
Backup through
Enveloc
(additional space can be purchased if desired).
Complete
Gold Program
This program is for those companies that want someone to
handle all of their IT needs, basically becoming their IT
Department. Everything from Preventative Maintenance tasks
to vendor software support. Computer and server repair and
everything else an in house IT staff would handle are all
included in this flat monthly rate. This also includes 20 GB
of Off Site Data Backup through
Enveloc
(additional space can be purchased if desired).

am not completely “technologically challenged” and have
