  1. Be sure that the GTI Tech knows you are about to start the process so that they will be ready. This process will not work unless GTI is notified first or you were told to come here by a GTI tech.

  3. Select "Run" and then select "Run" again if asked
  4. Find the name of the GTI representative that will be connecting to your PC
  5. Double click his or her name
  6. The technician will now be able to remote control your computer while you watch everything they do.
